# Filled out Interest Form, What's Next?

#### After submitting the form, the following steps will be taken: 

1. We will jointly sign an NDA agreement regarding sensitive data with the project.
2. We will also jointly sign a Service Agreement with the project.
3. DePIN Hub will send the project a Verification Form to assess their business operations and network setup and ensure that we can vouch for them in good conscience.
4. We will conduct due diligence on the responses provided by the project.
   * Projects who pass the verification process will be granted "Verified" status on the DePIN Hub platform.
   * Projects who fail will have a set number of days to reapply and will receive feedback on their reason for failure on their first attempt
5. Project is awarded the Verified Badge and the associated benefits
